Safeguarding at Gateway

Safeguarding at Gateway Church

And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.”  –  Colossians 3:14-15

We are committed to making Gateway Church a safe place for all. This means taking care to safeguard the vulnerable in our community, especially children and young people, from abuse. As members of one body, we each have a responsibility for loving, protecting and caring for one another.

Further details on governance, such as safer recruitment and working guidelines, can be found in our Safeguarding Policy.

Any allegation or concern regarding abuse must be treated seriously and reported as soon as possible.
